DESCRIPTION:The Lacey Pocket Gophers Football Club continutes their inaugural season at South Sound Stadium against Western Washington Premiere League rival Twin City Union (Centralia).\n\n\n\n\n\nDetails:\n\n\n\n- May 19 vs. Twin City Union (Centralia) is Salute To Service Night.\n\n\n\n- The first 500 fans who come through the gates will receive a pair of "Lacey Rocks" Thundersticks.\n\n\n\n- We will be collecting cans of food to donate to the Thurston County Food Bank.\n\n\n\n- Starting at 6:45 p.m.\, we will have a musical act playing to entertain those who show up early to watch warm-ups.\n\n\n\n- Expect a great halftime show!\n\n\n\n- We will be honoring various community service leaders throughout the game\, including our military\, police\, fire\, hospital and government employees along with volunteers.\n\n\n\n- There will be facepainting throughout the game for kids. This game's facepaint with G.I. Joe-themed.\n\n\n\n- There will be plenty of giveaways & activities throughout the game with our t-shirt gun.\n\n\n\n- Bounce houses provided courtesy of Charlie's Safari.\n\n\n\n- Oh yeah\, we have a cannon. It will make a lot of noise. Which is darn cool.\n\n\n\n- There will be opportunities to take photographs with our mascots and participate in activities during the game.\n\n\n\n- Our PA Announcer will take "song requests" via Twitter as well as special messages from fan to fan.
